Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DHX32 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DHX32 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), where higher DHX32 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHX32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LAML, LUAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where DHX32 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
