Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DHX29 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DHX29 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DHX29 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHX29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where DHX29 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
