Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHTKD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,307 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHTKD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation, G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with DHTKD1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHTKD1-to-partner and partner-to-DHTKD1 results are reported.
