DHRSX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRSX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRSX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP51A1, RNU6-1085P, and RNU6-328P. Each is linked with DHRSX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRSX-to-partner and partner-to-DHRSX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP51A1 grouped by DHRSX-low versus DHRSX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRSX→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRSX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
