Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DHRS7C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DHRS7C data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DHRS7C Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHRS7C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, PRAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where DHRS7C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
