DHRS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, EGFR_pY1068, and FOXO3a. Each is linked with DHRS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS4-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by DHRS4-low versus DHRS4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
