DHRS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,052 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, RDH10, and CTNNA1. Each is linked with DHRS3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS3-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DHRS3 versus RBM47 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
