Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,013 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDH10, RDH10-AS1, and RNU6ATAC18P. Each is linked with DHRS3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS3-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS3 results are reported.
