DHRS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHRS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,369 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAPCD2P2, FTL, and FAF1. Each is linked with DHRS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS3-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAPCD2P2 grouped by DHRS3-low versus DHRS3-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHRS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHRS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
