Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHRS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,690 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process, Negative regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process, and 9-cis-retinoic acid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with DHRS3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS3-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS3 results are reported.
