Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DHRS12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DHRS12 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher DHRS12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHRS12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and LUAD are the cancer types where DHRS12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
