Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DHRS12 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DHRS12 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher DHRS12 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DHRS12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where DHRS12 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
