Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHRS12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,016 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHRS12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lysosome organization, Lytic vacuole organization, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with DHRS12 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHRS12-to-partner and partner-to-DHRS12 results are reported.
