DHPS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHPS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,448 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASP1P1, VN1R37P, and POLR2J2. Each is linked with DHPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHPS-to-partner and partner-to-DHPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CASP1P1 grouped by DHPS-low versus DHPS-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
