DHH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 206 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL4AP1, RPL30P13, and MTCO3P10. Each is linked with DHH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHH-to-partner and partner-to-DHH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNL4AP1 grouped by DHH-low versus DHH-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
