DHFR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHFR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHFR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1_p_S217_S221, and MSH2. Each is linked with DHFR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHFR2-to-partner and partner-to-DHFR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by DHFR2-low versus DHFR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHFR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHFR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
