DHDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DHDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,203 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS53, DAPK3, and RNU6ATAC30P. Each is linked with DHDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHDH-to-partner and partner-to-DHDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS53 grouped by DHDH-low versus DHDH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
