DHDDS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DHDDS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DHDDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC3C, PPP1R2C, and CST8. Each is linked with DHDDS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DHDDS-to-partner and partner-to-DHDDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC3C grouped by DHDDS-low versus DHDDS-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DHDDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DHDDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
