Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DGUOK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DGUOK data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher DGUOK Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DGUOK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
STAD and SKCM are the cancer types where DGUOK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
