Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGKZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,591 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DGKZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAAL1, DCTN6, and TLE6. Each is linked with DGKZ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKZ-to-partner and partner-to-DGKZ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAAL1 grouped by DGKZ-low versus DGKZ-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
