Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DGKK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DGKK data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher DGKK Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DGKK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRP, UCEC, and UVM are the cancer types where DGKK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
