DGKH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DGKH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGKH-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTC, DEFB132, and ZNF735. Each is linked with DGKH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGKH-to-partner and partner-to-DGKH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OTC grouped by DGKH-low versus DGKH-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGKH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGKH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
