DGCR8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGCR8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,558 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGCR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA25B, CDCA2, and NDUFS5P1. Each is linked with DGCR8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGCR8-to-partner and partner-to-DGCR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA25B grouped by DGCR8-low versus DGCR8-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGCR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGCR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
