Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DGCR6L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DGCR6L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher DGCR6L Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DGCR6L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA are the cancer types where DGCR6L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
