Across TCGA cell cohorts, DGCR6L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,495 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DGCR6L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Interleukin-34-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with DGCR6L in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGCR6L-to-partner and partner-to-DGCR6L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure grouped by DGCR6L-low versus DGCR6L-high in OESOPHAGUS.
