DGCR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGCR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,810 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGCR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1292P, RNU4-45P, and RNU6-1139P. Each is linked with DGCR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGCR5-to-partner and partner-to-DGCR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1292P grouped by DGCR5-low versus DGCR5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGCR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGCR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
