DGCR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGCR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,621 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGCR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RANBP1, COMT, and TRMT2A. Each is linked with DGCR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGCR2-to-partner and partner-to-DGCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DGCR2 versus RANBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
