DGCR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGCR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,039 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are QRICH1, ST13P3, and AMACR. Each is linked with DGCR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGCR2-to-partner and partner-to-DGCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DGCR2 versus QRICH1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
