DGCR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGCR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,583 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC9, RNU6-976P, and MOCS2. Each is linked with DGCR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGCR2-to-partner and partner-to-DGCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC9 grouped by DGCR2-low versus DGCR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
