Across TCGA cell cohorts, DGCR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,244 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGCR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with DGCR2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGCR2-to-partner and partner-to-DGCR2 results are reported.
