DGCR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DGCR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 573 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB1, EPO, and HSF5. Each is linked with DGCR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGCR2-to-partner and partner-to-DGCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB1 grouped by DGCR2-low versus DGCR2-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
