DGAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 984 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DGAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR615, RNU6-648P, and RNU4-70P. Each is linked with DGAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGAT2-to-partner and partner-to-DGAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR615 grouped by DGAT2-low versus DGAT2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DGAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DGAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
