Across TCGA patient cohorts, DGAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DGAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL384P, ARMCX3-AS1, and CTBP2P2. Each is linked with DGAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DGAT1-to-partner and partner-to-DGAT1 results are reported.
