DFFB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DFFB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,188 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DFFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4524B, NDUFA5P5, and PABPC1P13. Each is linked with DFFB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DFFB-to-partner and partner-to-DFFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4524B grouped by DFFB-low versus DFFB-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DFFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→DFFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
