DEXI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEXI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,541 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEXI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD74, HLA-DRA, and HLA-DPB1. Each is linked with DEXI in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEXI-to-partner and partner-to-DEXI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DEXI versus CD74 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEXI→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEXI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
