DEXI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEXI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEXI-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-17P, RNY3P10, and RN7SL462P. Each is linked with DEXI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEXI-to-partner and partner-to-DEXI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-17P grouped by DEXI-low versus DEXI-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEXI→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEXI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
