DET1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DET1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,333 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DET1-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F2, TXNL4B, and KCNJ14. Each is linked with DET1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DET1-to-partner and partner-to-DET1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, E2F2 grouped by DET1-low versus DET1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DET1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DET1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
