Across TCGA cell cohorts, DET1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,033 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DET1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Kinin cascade, Plasma kallikrein-kinin cascade, and Factor XII activation. Each is linked with DET1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DET1-to-partner and partner-to-DET1 results are reported.
