DET1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DET1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,537 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DET1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOTCH3, SLC9A1, and HERC5. Each is linked with DET1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DET1-to-partner and partner-to-DET1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOTCH3 grouped by DET1-low versus DET1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DET1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DET1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
