DESI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DESI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,730 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DESI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF639, PIK3CA, and ZSCAN20. Each is linked with DESI2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DESI2-to-partner and partner-to-DESI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DESI2 versus ZNF639 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DESI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DESI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
