DESI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DESI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,115 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DESI2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF2, VGLL4_S58, and IRF2BP2. Each is linked with DESI2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DESI2-to-partner and partner-to-DESI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DESI2 versus ARHGEF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DESI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DESI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
