DESI2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DESI2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,705 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DESI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP1B, EFS, and SRPX2. Each is linked with DESI2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DESI2-to-partner and partner-to-DESI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DESI2 versus MAP1B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DESI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DESI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
