DESI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DESI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,324 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DESI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX5A, MPI, and ZNF852. Each is linked with DESI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DESI2-to-partner and partner-to-DESI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX5A grouped by DESI2-low versus DESI2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DESI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DESI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
