Across TCGA cell cohorts, DESI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,289 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DESI2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear pore organization, Negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Each is linked with DESI2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DESI2-to-partner and partner-to-DESI2 results are reported.
