Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DERL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DERL1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher DERL1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DERL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where DERL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
