Across TCGA patient cohorts, DERL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DERL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with DERL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DERL1-to-partner and partner-to-DERL1 results are reported.
