Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DERA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 760 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DERA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED28P4, RN7SL143P, and MIR4444-2. Each is linked with DERA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DERA-to-partner and partner-to-DERA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED28P4 grouped by DERA-low versus DERA-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DERA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DERA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
