Across TCGA patient cohorts, DERA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DERA-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with DERA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DERA-to-partner and partner-to-DERA results are reported.
