Across TCGA cell cohorts, DERA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,404 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DERA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 2'-deoxyribonucleoside metabolic process, Pentose-phosphate shunt, and NADPH regeneration. Each is linked with DERA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DERA-to-partner and partner-to-DERA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 2'-deoxyribonucleoside metabolic process grouped by DERA-low versus DERA-high in LUNG_SCLC.
