Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DERA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DERA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CGB2, HAND1, and OR11H1. Each is linked with DERA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DERA-to-partner and partner-to-DERA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CGB2 grouped by DERA-low versus DERA-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DERA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DERA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
